We understand your concern with making sure that your are receiving a clean and sanitized unit. We take this very seriously and strive hard to provide you with a completely clean and disinfected units. After we pick up a unit we take it back to our warehouse where we set it back up and begin our cleaning process. First we vacuum and debris such as grass or leaves that may be in the unit. Then we completely spray and wipe it down with a kid safe cleaning solution. After the whole unit is cleaned we use a fogging machine to spray the unit down with a virucide. This solution dwells on the unit for 10 minutes to thoroughly kill and virus or bacteria that may be on the unit. This fogger machine allows us to access every square inch of the unit to ensure you can have a worry free experience when ordering from us.

Is setup or delivery an additional fee?

Setup and delivery is no additional charge to Cary. All areas in Cary are always free setup and delivery.

What if we need to cancel the event?

If you need to cancel that is no problem. We allow you to cancel anytime due to weather or any other circumstances. When you cancel we hold onto your 25% deposit for up to one year until you reserve another unit. Once you make that reservation your rain check credit will be applied to the new order you created.

Will you pick it up when the party ends?

Yes we will. Depending on our schedule we may have to come back an hour or two later if we have a lot of parties getting over around the same time. We will communicate with you when we are setting up to ensure pickup time works well with both parties.

I want to make sure I am getting a clean and sanitized unit for my party, what steps do you take to ensure this is what we will receive?

We at Inflate-A-Party go the extra mile to ensure your inflatable will be clean as well as sanitized. After every pickup the real work begins. We setup every unit at our warehouse for cleaning. During this process we vacuum out any debris from the previous rental. Then we wipe all surfaces down with Simple Green Pro-D, which is a disinfectant and viricide. Then the final step is to spray down the unit with a fogger machine to ensure every square inch is completely disinfected for our next customer. After the fogging solution air dries we then roll the inflatable up and put it into our sanitized pile. Then it will be ready for our next delivery.

What do I need to have ready when you all arrive to setup?

All that we ask of you is that we have an unobstructed pathway into your yard or backyard. Sometimes this means moving vehicles, trash cans, opening gates, etc. We also ask that your yard is free of debris such as sticks, pine cones and dog waste.

We also must be within 100 feet of a power outlet to plug the unit in. We will provide extension cords to plug the unit in. If we have to setup further than 100 feet we rent generators that will power the inflatable.
